All our candles are made with a coco-soy-beeswax & phthalate-free fragrance oils to leave you with a clean burning candle. Everything is hand-made and made in the Philippines
Candle Care
- Let the melted wax reach near or to the edges on your first burn
- Never burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours
- Trim your wick to 1/4" in between burns
- Burn within sight
- Always burn candles on a heat resistant surface
- Keep loose materials and dust away from a burning candle
- Always keep a burning candle away from drafts, curtains and other materials that may catch fire
- Stop use when only 1/2" of wax remains

Tournesol was my first pick among the entire catalogue but it was out of stock then so I asked for a sampler. It was love at first sniff, and I knew getting it in a 3.5oz wouldn't be enough. I got a 6oz that I used up rather quickly, which is saying something because L'Abondance candles burn slowly (thanks to its unique wax blend!). It's a stunning interpretation of sunflower and sandalwood, gentle and neither intimidating nor overbearing, and a great introduction to the two scent notes for people with sensitive noses and/or those hesitant towards floral and woody scents. To people looking for something stronger or for larger rooms, buy Tournesol in a bigger size or use a candle warmer.

I can't say it enough, I super love Tournesol. It was 1 of the 2 candles I first purchased from L'Abondance, and I've been repurchasing it ever since.
It has a light fragance that's easy on the nose, and it's also very warm and soothing. I light it mostly in the mornings when I start my day, and because the strength of the throw is a little mild, I place it near me on my desk.
The best thing is Ms. Lulu's candles burn so clean, and for a long time. I've maximized both a 6oz and 9oz vessel, and am eyeing that 12.5oz!!
An underrated and wonderful blend, if I may say. 🧡
